The Journey of Undedicated
Undedicated WordPress theme was first released in 2009. At a time when many WordPress theme developers were starting to sell their themes as PREMIUM, this WP theme was made available 100% FREE. It was received by the WordPress community as a great theme.
Many websites and blogs were powered by this elegant theme. It featured in many WP theme lists, such as one on Smashing Magazine.

Over the years, this theme stayed unchanged. However, it was an awesome theme to have been ignored to die. It was revived again many years back in its Version 2 (current) avatar. Now, this theme has been converted into a mobile-responsive WP theme with all the modern web standards.
Back in 2009, the web functioned differently. Even WordPress worked in a very different manner. This theme had a theme options page, which is now primarily part of the theme customizer. In fact, the theme customizer didn’t exist when this WP theme was first released.
Why is this theme named Undedicated? It has a small history for that too. That’s a story for another time. Hope you like this free GPL WordPress theme.
